GreenTech Zalaegerszeg – an electric Ikarus on the ZalaZone track

During the GreenTech 2021 sustainability exhibition in Zalaegerszeg, the Ikarus 120e—the first fully electric bus designed and manufactured in Hungary with European type approval—was tested again on the Zalazone automotive proving ground.

The low‑floor 12.9‑metre bus carries 111 passengers and can travel up to 580 kilometres on a single charge. At the exhibition Ikarus specialists highlighted the scalability of the battery capacity and the energy‑efficient drivetrain. The company’s presence at GreenTech demonstrates its active contribution to developing sustainable mobility solutions.
